Warranty Information

ZOL products come with a one-year limited warranty, redeemable only once per original product purchased. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover any damage caused by mishandling, alterations, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

⚠️ Important: The warranty applies only to the original item purchased. Replacement products provided under warranty are not eligible for a second warranty claim.


Why We Do Not Charge the Processing Fee Upfront

At ZOL, every warranty claim must first be carefully reviewed and approved. For this reason, we do not collect the $10 processing fee in advance.

In some cases, the damage may fall outside the one-year warranty period or may not qualify as a manufacturing defect. We believe it would be unfair to collect payment before confirming eligibility. You will only be charged once your claim has been officially approved.

Additionally, paying a processing fee does not mean that a replacement unit is pre-reserved. We do not separate or hold inventory in advance. Once your claim is approved and processed, we will provide the exact same model, subject to availability.

If the exact model is unavailable at the time of processing, you may choose:

  • The same model in a different color (if available)

  • A different model of equal or lesser value

  • A higher-value model by paying the processing fee plus the price difference

Our goal is to maintain transparency, fairness, and clarity throughout the entire warranty process.


Warranty Redemption Process

Electronic Payments via Email

Send an email to warranty@zoleyewear.com with the following:

  • Clear pictures of the damaged product

  • A brief description of your claim

  • The name of the model

  • A picture of the temple displaying the model name

  • The order number (if purchased online) or the email used for the order

Upon receipt, our warranty department will evaluate the images.

If your claim is approved, we will send you an electronic invoice via email for the $10 processing fee, plus applicable taxes.

After payment is completed, your replacement will be processed according to the availability terms outlined above.
