How Warehouse Pickup Works at Zol

Welcome to our warehouse pickup information page. Here’s everything you need to know about our pickup process:

Warehouse Location

Building 14, Marginal Forest Hills, Bayamón, PR 00959

You can use your preferred GPS service to find us by searching for ZOL Inc.

Pickup Option Availability

We offer free shipping to Puerto Rico (PR) and the USA. However, if you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse, please follow these steps:

• During checkout, enter your address to indicate that you are located in Puerto Rico.
• If you are located outside Puerto Rico, the warehouse pickup option will not be available to you.
• On mobile devices, you will see a small arrow icon on the right of the free shipping option. Click this arrow to reveal the warehouse pickup option.

Order Pickup Process

If you select the warehouse pickup option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. The email will state that your order is on the way, but the tracking number field will display “Warehouse Pickup” instead of an actual tracking number.

You can pick up your order at our warehouse from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Important: When you come to pick up your order, please bring your order number or the email used to place the order. This will help us quickly locate and prepare your order for pickup.

Issues with Pickup Notification

Immediate Pickup

If you want to pick up your order as soon as it is placed without waiting for the pickup notification, you are welcome to do so. Just visit our warehouse during the pickup hours mentioned above.
