Warranty Information

ZOL products come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only once per product. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship; however, it does not cover any damage caused by user mishandling or alteration.

Warranty Redemption Process:

Electronic Payments via Email:

  1. Send an email to warranty@zoleyewear.com with the following:

    • Clear pictures of the damaged product.
    • A brief description of your claim.
    • Include the name of the model.
    • Attach a picture of the temple that displays the name of the model.
    • Include the order number if purchased online or the email used for the order.
  2. Upon receipt, our warranty department will evaluate the images.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will send you an electronic invoice via email for the $10 processing fee, plus applicable taxes.

  4. After payment, you will receive the exact (same) model of sunglasses.

In-Store Purchases:

If you purchased the product in a physical store, please send a picture of the receipt along with the required information mentioned above.

Please note: If the exact model is unavailable, we will notify you. You will then have the option to choose a different color of the same model or select another model of equal or lesser value.
