1. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a purchase made before the product is available for immediate shipping. This allows you to reserve your item in advance and secure availability once it arrives in our inventory.

2. Estimated shipping time

Products purchased through pre-order will be shipped approximately within two (2) weeks from the purchase date.
This time frame is an estimate and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (manufacturing delays, supplier shipments, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

3. Payment

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. This ensures that your product is reserved.

4. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within the first 24 hours after placing your pre-order to receive a full refund.

After that period, cancellations are subject to review and a full refund is not guaranteed.

5. Changes in delivery time

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email or direct message to offer options such as:

Continuing with the pre-order, or

Requesting a refund if preferred.

6. Shipping and delivery

Once the product arrives in our inventory and your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected.
