I fell in love with my 1st ZOL photochromatic sunglasses when I bought them back in 2022. I am a climber and hit both shaded and sunny areas in each ride so these were awesome and I always recommended them. After my first pair's normal wear and tear I decided to buy them again a 2nd time. These 2nd ones lasted only a few months before the film started bubbling up. The company honored the warranty and exchanged them but before I could even take the tickets off and wear them, they also bubbled up and the film started detaching before. The company won't replace the bad replacement they gave me. So now I have two unusable pairs of very expensive ZOL glasses. The girls at the service desk in Bayamon are not to blame. They were awesome as always but they just work there and had to follow policy.
